Sign and Paint - In-House Sign Making

Signs are created in-house in our sign shop using two methods, screen printing and computer cut vinyl sheeting.  Each method is described below.

Screen Printing

Computer Cut Vinyl Screening

Sign is designed on the computer and sent to cutting machine

Vinyl is cut on machine, which operations much like an old printer

Excess vinyl is "weeded" or removed

Completely weeded vinyl ready to be placed on sign blank
